The AFCA/USA Today preseason college football poll is out! The Iowa Hawkeyes will start ranked #22 in the country. Considering the number of starters on the offensive line, at quarterback, and on defense, this is a sign of respect for the Hawkeyes. Ohio State is the preseason number-one team in the country, according to the coaches. The Buckeyes get 38 first-place votes. Oregon is #2, followed by Georgia, Texas, and Notre Dame.
