It’s just the 1st scrimmage of the season, and it was open to the public but Jeremy Hecklinski is for now the big man on campus. Hecklinski hype is now at an all time high after going 17-25, 205 yards, and five touchdown. Hank Brown, also in the quarterback mix was 9-21 for 42 yards and a touchdown. Head coach Kirk Ferentz was quick to point out that it’s still early and still a lot of observtiion to go before making a decsion for the season opener on September 5. Trent Condon, host of The Lunch Rush here on the Rush Radio Network will join us at 7:30 to talk about his observations from the Kids’ Day Scrimmage.
