Iowa and Iowa State have both elected not to have sponsored patches on their football jerseys for 2026. Is this because they can’t sell them, or because they want others to set the market? It could be a little of both, but in the race for more revenue in college sports, not signing a jersey sponsor seems more like a tactical play rather than a lack of demand. We’ll discuss which teams in the Big 10 and the Big 12 have jersey patches and look at what would be considered the going rate.
