We all kind of knew it was official, but now it really is. Hank Brown is QB 1 for the Iowa Hawkeyes. Brown has started the first three games, but Jeremby Hecklinski was always listed as “or” on the depth chart. Now, Brown has won the #1 spot and leaves little doubt heading into the Big Ten Conference opener at Michigan on Saturday. In three wins to start the season, Brown has thrown for 473 yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions. His completion rate is 72.6 percent.
