The conference season kicks off for both Iowa and State and Iowa in college football on Saturday.
Iowa State hosts #15 Utah in its Big 12 Conference opener. The Cyclones are 5-1 all-time against the Utes, with the last win coming in 2025 on the road. The Iowa State defense will be tested as Utah averages an impressive 518 yards per game with a balanced attack.
Iowa finds itself on the road; the 17th-ranked Hawkeyes play at #18 Michigan. This is the Hawkeyes’ first trip to the “Big House” since 2019. Iowa last won in Ann Arbor in 2012. They’ve lost four straight games to the Wolverines.
